If you are looking for a small, lightweight, hobby class rotary tool you can hardly go wrong with the Genesis GLHT72-65. This is a small light tool that is designed for small hobby and craft jobs and for the price it is a very attractive buy for the casual hobbyist.
Genesis GLHT72 weighs in at about one pound with batteries. Powered by a 7 volt rechargeable lithium ion battery it will give you around an hour of continues use at full power before it needs to be recharged. Most lithium ion batteries have very quick recharge times. These take about an hour which is a bit longer than most tools but is still pretty quick if you think about it.
This tool has variable speeds from 8,000 to 18,000 RPM’s. It is a great little tool if you do model assembly, picture framing or restoration, gem or rock collecting and many other hobbies. I have also read that many people have purchased it to trim their dog’s nails.
What you get in the box.
